As a Mechanical Engineer, you will work with the Mechanical Engineering Design Group on building services projects for healthcare, institutional, and industrial sectors. Location Vancouver, BC Your role within the team Lead project teams, delegate effectively, and coach junior team members. Develop and manage mechanical engineering projects, including investigations, report writing, design, and construction administration. Support and lead business development activities, acting as a client-facing individual. Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets for mechanical design deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to QA/QC standards. Perform site investigations safely, including traveling, walking around construction sites, and climbing ladders to access ceiling spaces. Participate in sustainability initiatives to advance industry and corporate development. Use software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP, and Microsoft Office to prepare deliverables.
