Position Title: SAP Fieldglass Consultant
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months / 1 Year Contract (with possibilities of extension)
Location: This role is based in Calgary, Alberta (Hybrid Role, 4 days mandatory Onsite work / Week)
Preference is on 4 Days Onsite based in Calgary.
Also, considering people anywhere within Canada who will be willing to Travel / Relocate in Calgary. T&L will be paid if non local.
Start Date: ASAP / End of June 2024
Pay Rate:
85$ - 100$ INCORPORATED / hourly. + HST (depending on years' of experience and skillset)
Job Description:
We are looking for a SAP Fieldglass Consultant with below skillsets:

  • Overall 8 -12+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field advanced degree or certifications in SAP Fieldglass is a plus.
  • Proven experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and configuration for contingent workforce management.
  • In-depth understanding of contingent workforce processes and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP Fieldglass or workforce management are desirable.
