Electrical Manager Location: London, ONPay range: $110k-$160k AECOM is seeking an ambitious and visionary Electrical Department Manager to lead our Electrical Engineering team in the London/Kitchener region. Champion sustainability and innovation – Stay ahead of codes, technologies, and design practices, embedding future‑ready and sustainable solutions in every project. Develop the next generation – Coach and support junior staff, fostering professional growth and building the leadership pipeline of tomorrow. Qualifications Minimum Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration in Ontario. Preferred Requirements 15+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience in consulting or design‑build firms. Previous experience managing an Electrical Engineering Department or leading a technical team. Strong client‑facing and presentation skills. Expertise in power systems design (MV and LV). Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD in BIM design environments. Track record of solving complex engineering problems with innovative approaches. Experience across multiple markets, including DoD, Healthcare, Labs, and Commercial/Mixed‑Use. Commitment to sustainable design practices and energy‑efficient solutions. Success working on high‑profile, architecturally significant projects.
