Responsibilities Prepare units for occupancy Paint and complete make readies for occupancy Perform daily trash pickup Assist in general maintenance work as requested Perform light checks Perform manual repairs when necessary Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager Skills Proven experience as maintenance associate Strong working knowledge of general maintenance duties including drying walling, painting, etc. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices Good physical condition and strength If you are interested in applying for this job please press the Apply Button and follow the application process.
