The Liberal Party of Canada is seeking a new Manager, National Field Volunteer Program for an opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff to support Mark Carney and the Liberal team in our work to build Canada Strong. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced organizing team, the Liberal Party of Canada’s Manager, National Field Volunteer Program will be responsible for managing the national volunteer program by developing training products, auditing and leading the LPC Fellowship program, and all volunteer recognition programs. We are looking for someone who cares about the work we do and who is a great fit for our culture and team. If you want to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, take part in empowering Canadians to engage in the democratic process, and play an active role in promoting Liberal values, then we want to hear. Qualifications Good computer skills (understanding Excel, and Google Slides/PowerPoint is highly preferred); Ability to represent the Liberal Party of Canada in a positive manner; Ability to quickly build and leverage relationships; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French are highly preferred Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management and Information Technology Political Organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
