Canada Visier Inc. Full time

We need a strategic player‑coach—an experienced Talent Acquisition leader ready to build a high‑impact TA function at Visier Inc, a global leader in AI‑powered people analytics. What You'll Be Doing Set the vision and manage operational aspects of the TA function, focusing on four core strategic pillars: Talent Acquisition Strategy & Team Leadership – Establish and execute an overarching TA strategy, translating Visier’s business objectives into measurable hiring goals and scalable workforce plans; reimagine and rebuild the TA function with diverse hiring strategies and high‑performance culture; manage resource allocation and workflow, leveraging TA metrics for decision‑making. Employer Brand Development – Define, champion, and amplify Visier’s EVP and employer brand across relevant channels; develop engaging marketing campaigns and content strategies to promote Visier as an employer of choice in key competitive talent markets; partner closely with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency. Talent Pipeline Creation and Nurture – Design and operationalize proactive, long‑term talent pipeline strategies, focusing on critical, hard‑to‑find skill sets; utilize market intelligence and recruiting data to anticipate emerging talent needs and build sustainable talent communities; oversee a Talent Relationship Management approach to cultivate long‑term connections with passive candidates. TA Operations & Process Excellence – Own and optimize end‑to‑end recruitment process, technology stack, and operational workflows; establish and report on key performance indicators; ensure all hiring practices are equitable, inclusive, and compliant with all relevant labour laws across all operating regions. What You'll Bring To The Table 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally leading a full TA function through significant change or scaling. A proven track record of impact: success navigating fast‑paced, outcome‑focused TA environments where speed and quality must be achieved. Demonstrated experience translating high‑level business goals into actionable, data‑informed TA strategies and work plans. Expert‑level knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting, modern sourcing techniques, and innovative employer branding practices.
