Business Consultant, Accounting Applied Systems Canada Position Overview We’re searching for a Business Consultant, Accounting to join our Solution Services team in a remote capacity. What You’ll Do Assist in transitioning accounting data into Applied Epic Support clients with accounting configuration decisions and manage associated workflows regarding the financial transition Work with customers to gather requirements, assess needs, and provide guidance on best practices and workflows to meet business needs Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to deliver high‑quality implementations Partner with project leadership and other team members to ensure all deliverables across the project are completed Build strong, productive relationships with customers and keep them on track toward achieving mutual goals Uphold a strong working knowledge of accounting and accounting‑related workflows in Epic Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, tasks completed, project status, and action items Manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of company products, usage, and other features We’re Excited To Learn More About You Your experience may include: 5+ years of experience in an accounting related position; knowledge of the insurance industry ideal 2+ years working with Applied Epic or similar software Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience You may have other skills or credentials, including: Bilingual French Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Highly organized and can handle multiple projects concurrently When You Join Team Applied, You Can Expect A culture that values who you are and recognizes that you aren’t just an employee; you are a teammate, and you matter.
