Now Hiring: Cutover and Hypercare Lead (Bilingual – Oracle ERP Transformation) We’re supporting a major ERP transformation program for a leading Canadian organization modernizing its sourcing, procurement, contracting, and supplier management systems. This role will lead all Cutover and Hypercare activities during the transition from SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Location: Primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence required in Montreal, Toronto, or Ottawa Hours: Monday to Friday (Eastern Time Zone) Application Deadline: November 14, 2025 About the Role The Cutover and Hypercare Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the overall cutover strategy, ensuring a seamless system transition and stabilization period post-Go-Live. The successful candidate will work closely with the PMO, Functional Leads, Technical Integration Teams, and Business Stakeholders to coordinate readiness activities, cutover rehearsals, and the transition to steady-state operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, own, and execute the cutover strategy in alignment with project timelines and business readiness milestones Manage cutover command center activities, ensuring coordination across technical, data, and functional streams Oversee Hypercare governance and command center operations, including communication, escalation, and decision tracking Lead readiness checkpoints, risk assessments, and go/no-go reviews with project and executive leadership Collaborate closely with OCM, Infrastructure, Integration, and Data Migration teams to ensure stability and performance post-Go-Live Required Experience 10+ years of ERP program experience, with at least 3–5 full lifecycle cutovers for Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, or equivalent systems Strong experience leading cutover and hypercare activities within multi-stream, integrated ERP environments In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, EPM) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical domains Bilingual in English and French Preferred Experience Familiarity with data migration and organizational change management frameworks Experience with complex integration landscapes (Salesforce, Workday, and custom applications) If you have a strong background in ERP transformation and are looking to lead a critical program phase focused on delivery, readiness, and stabilization, please reach out or share your updated profile for consideration. #ERP #OracleFusion #CutoverLead #Hypercare #ERPTransformation #ProjectManagement #Bilingual #RemoteWork
