Key job responsibilities Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours Willing and able to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs.
