YOUR MISSION

  • Promoting a responsible and sustainable organizational culture in terms of health, safety, and the environment;
  • Diagnosing and addressing common mechanical issues of the fleet's heavy-duty vehicles;
  • Performing maintenance according to schedules;
  • Keeping preventive maintenance records up to date (P.M.R.);
  • Assisting concrete mixer operators on the road in case of needs;
  • Implementing manufacturer-recommended adjustments;
  • Testing equipment to ensure proper functioning;
  • Maintaining the workplace and equipment (buildings, tools, etc.);
  • Developing expertise by engaging in activities related to your skillset.

YOUR DNA

  • Have three (3) to five (5) years of experience in similar tasks (asset).
  • Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in heavy vehicle mechanics (asset).
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driver's license (asset).
  • Hold the PEP card (asset).
  • Versatile, autonomous, resourceful, rigorous, and team-oriented.
