We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Senior AI Solutions Architect & Engineering Lead to drive the design, implementation, and deployment of cutting‑edge Generative AI and Agentic Systems across our enterprise client base. This role is a hands‑on technical leader who can bridge the gap between business strategy and deep technical execution, operating in a forward‑deployed engineering (FDE) arrangement with client teams. You will architect robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions that seamlessly integrate with core enterprise platforms like SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and Azure. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities AI Architecture & Implementation: Design and lead the implementation of end‑to‑end AI architectures , including secure data pipelines, model deployment strategies, orchestration layers, and complex integrations with critical enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Azure). Build AI Agents & Frameworks: Develop robust frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets to efficiently create, test, and deploy AI agents and LLM‑based applications in a fast‑paced, production‑ready environment. Enterprise Integration & Automation: Oversee the implementation of APIs, RESTful services, and event‑driven middleware solutions to ensure seamless, real‑time data and process flow between AI systems and existing enterprise platforms. Technical Team Leadership: Lead and mentor small, distributed teams of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers. Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and offer architectural guidance to ensure high‑quality delivery. Client Engagement & Strategy: Partner directly with client stakeholders in a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) capacity to understand business needs, define the AI strategy, and translate complex requirements into pragmatic, scalable technical solutions. Governance & Innovation: Champion enterprise‑grade standards for data security, scalability, and reliability. Evaluate emerging Generative AI technologies and establish best practices for consistent, secure delivery. What You’ll Bring: Required Qualifications 7+ years of progressive experience in software architecture or solutions design, with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic Systems. Proven track record of successfully integrating AI or automation platforms with major enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Azure). Deep expertise in AI agent orchestration frameworks, LLM‑based workflows, and prompt engineering principles. Hands‑on experience architecting and implementing solutions using APIs, RESTful services, and event‑driven architectures. Strong proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly Azure AI Services or equivalents (AWS/GCP). Demonstrated experience leading small, agile, cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones. Exceptional client‑facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Nice‑to‑Have: Preferred Skills Direct experience with Generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) . Familiarity with MLOps best practices, LangChain, or other agentic workflow frameworks. Knowledge of enterprise data governance, security, and compliance requirements in AI deployments.
