We stay ahead by hiring the best and brightest minds—and that’s why we want you Job Description Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one‑on‑one working relationship. The role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President, liaison to the board of directors and senior management, organizers of executive outreach and external relations efforts, and overseer of special projects. The Executive Assistant will work independently from conception to completion, managing a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. What will you work on? The core responsibilities include: Managing the CEO’s extremely active calendar, expense reports, confidential correspondence, and complex travel arrangements. Ensuring the CEO’s schedule is followed, providing gatekeeper and gateway functions to balance direct access. Communicating on behalf of the President to Board members, senior leadership, Spin Master staff, and other stakeholders. Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues, determining appropriate actions and responses. Building relationships across the organization and managing special projects with organizational impact. Delivering critical deliverables such as monthly scorecards, memos, and personal correspondence. How will you create impact? Executive Support Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President/CEO. Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected. Communicates directly on behalf of the President and CEO. Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues. Acts as a bridge for smooth communication between the President’s office and internal departments. Provides leadership to build relationships essential to organizational success. Completes monthly scorecard reports, drafting memos, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s leadership. Prioritizes conflicting needs and handles matters expeditiously under deadline pressure. Board Founders’ Council Support and Liaison Serves as the President’s administrative liaison to Spin Master’s board of directors. Assists in planning the quarterly dinner and aides board members with their visits. Maintains discretion and confidentiality in all board relationships. Adheres to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in bylaws regarding board and committee matters. Senior Management Liaison Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team, scheduling meetings and attending meetings, including: Monthly CEO Executive Meeting Biweekly Operating Executive Meeting Monthly Leadership Calls (Directors + above) Global Town Halls Weekly Toy Core Profit Monthly Cross‑Functional Business Reviews Summits Assists in coordinating the agenda of CEO team meetings and off‑sites. Communications, Partnerships, and Outreach Ensures the President’s bio is kept updated and responds to media requests. Works closely with the Communications department on internal and external communications (written, audio, or video). Deliverables Assists the CoS in acquiring information for the quarterly CEO Report. Maintains the Toy Sample Room stocked and organized. Coordinates with the Communications Team on: Global Town Halls – agenda Monthly Leadership Call – agenda What are your skills and experience? Experience supporting C‑Level Executives. Interest in internal and external communications, and partnership development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Very strong interpersonal skills, building relationships with stakeholders, staff, board members, and partners. Proactive problem‑solving and strong decision‑making capability. Team‑player ability with strong independence and resourcefulness. Capability to handle confidential information with discretion and the highest level of customer/client service. Forward‑looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
