ML Ops Associate Director North America Overview This role offers a strategic and hands‑on leadership opportunity in the design, deployment, and operational management of machine learning systems. You will oversee end‑to‑end ML workflows, ensuring production models run reliably while driving automation initiatives that improve efficiency across the organization. The position involves collaborating with analytics, sales, and operations teams to identify areas where ML can deliver measurable business impact. You will also lead and mentor junior data scientists, interns, and cross‑functional teams, sharing best practices for model development, deployment, and maintenance. This role provides exposure to cutting‑edge technologies in containers, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑based ML environments, all within a collaborative and results‑driven setting.
