You will leverage your deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform to understand complex customer challenges, design innovative solutions, and articulate the technical and business value of our offerings to senior technical and business stakeholders. Working closely with Services Sales Executives and Services Sales Domain Specialists, you will shape winning strategies and ensure proposed solutions align with customer enterprise architecture and drive successful business outcomes.**Key Responsibilities:**Serve as a senior technicallead in strategic presales engagements, partnering with sales teams tounderstand customer needs and lead discovery sessions.Design scalable, integratedServiceNow solutions across multiple workflows, providing expert guidanceon platform capabilities and best practices.Contribute to technicalproposals, RFP/RFI responses, and SoWs, ensuring technical accuracy andfeasibility.Stay up to date on ServiceNowadvancements and industry trends, including AI/ML, and provide feedback toproduct and engineering teams.Mentor presales team membersand support knowledge sharing on architectural and technical topics.**Qualifications:**5+ years in presales, solutionarchitecture, or technical consulting within enterprise software, withstrong experience designing complex solutions for large clients.Deep expertise in theServiceNow platform, including architecture, modules, and workflows, plussolid understanding of enterprise architecture and integrationtechnologies.Skilled in engaging seniortechnical leaders, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and contributing to solutionscoping and SoW creation.Willingness to travel forclient meetings and company events.**Desired Skills:**ServiceNow Certified MasterArchitect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).Relevant ServiceNowcertifications in specific product areas (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).Experience with cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP) and related architectural considerations.Understanding of ITIL or otherrelevant frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).Experience in a specificindustry relevant to the role (e.g., Financial Services, Public Sector,Healthcare).**This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in Canada.
