Head of Client Success @ Monte Carlos Consulting About the Role MCC is a Vena implementation partner helping clients modernize their planning, budgeting, and reporting. We’re hiring a Senior Consultant to lead client implementations of the Vena platform—from design through deployment. This role suits someone with experience implementing CPM, FP&A, or EPM software who can translate business processes into scalable system logic. You’ll work hands‑on in Vena configuring templates, workflows, and integrations, ensuring each client’s solution runs cleanly and delivers value fast. What You’ll Do Lead or support full‑cycle Vena implementations: discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and post‑launch support Configure Vena templates, workflows, and data models aligned to client requirements Build automated data integrations and transformations to support end‑to‑end financial processes Translate finance requirements into technical design documents that define structure, data logic, and reporting outputs Troubleshoot data and model issues, ensuring system stability and accuracy Deliver training sessions to help clients become confident Vena users Collaborate with internal project managers and peers to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery Support continuous improvement of MCC’s implementation methodology and best practices What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years implementing CPM, EPM, or FP&A software (Vena, Anaplan, Adaptive, Prophix, Pigment, etc.) Strong Excel modeling and data logic skills (formula design, consolidation logic, driver‑based models) Comfortable with data mapping, source‑to‑target logic, and basic ETL concepts Understanding of core FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting), but focused on system enablement rather than accounting tasks Excellent communication and client management skills; able to translate between business and technical audiences Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics tools is an asset Self‑directed, organized, and able to manage multiple client deliverables Located in Canada (GTA preferred) Why Join MCC Direct impact on high‑visibility client projects with rapid delivery cycles Work alongside a team of former Vena experts and CPM professionals Expand your technical and consulting skill set across industries Competitive compensation and flexible remote work Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology Industries Business Consulting and Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at MCC Inc. by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
