About the Role As a SaaS Product Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for onboarding and training new clients on our platform. You’ll deliver high-impact software demonstrations, guide clinics through implementation, and ensure they achieve measurable success with BoomerangFX. This role is a critical link between sales and customer success, helping new clients transition smoothly and adopt our technology to grow their business. You’ll manage multiple SMB accounts, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure every client has a seamless experience. Responsibilities Lead live software training sessions for new clients and internal teams Own the onboarding process for your portfolio of accounts Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams Drive adoption and retention by guiding clients through key milestones Develop training materials and workflow plans Stay current on product updates and act as a subject matter expert Transition clients to Customer Success once onboarding is complete QualificationS Bachelor’s degree in business, health sciences, or related field Required Skills 2+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer success Experience with project management tools and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail Technical aptitude and comfort with remote training tools Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S. for workshops Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary + annual performance bonus Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off Free onsite parking & gym access Team socials and wellness perks Equal Opportunity Statement Ready to make an impact?
