Main Responsibilities Perform technical design and coordination for various building mechanical projects. Collaborate within a team to design building mechanical systems for multiple sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural, and residential). Actively participate in business development: identify growth opportunities, target new markets, and prospect new clients. Liaise with clients to understand their needs. Conduct surveys of existing installations. Analyze, design, and adapt building-related systems. Prepare preliminary design studies and various types of client reports. Estimate construction costs and contribute to project scheduling. Draft technical specifications and reports. Coordinate interdisciplinary work with external professionals. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience managing commercial and multi-residential projects. Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience managing commercial and multi-residential projects; additional experience is definitely an asset. Fluent in French written and spoken. English is an asset. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office 365 suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
