Overview Fluidra is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team. What You Will Contribute The Territory Sales Manager must possess an insatiable drive to win, sell all products, programs and services to existing Fluidra customers, and develop new customers and contacts. Provide service to internal and external customers in a timely, accurate, professional manner, with an emphasis on customer care and ensuring customer satisfaction. Call on and sell products, programs and services to National accounts, pool builders, retail accounts, OEMs, sales managers, salespeople, plumbers and electricians Attend trade shows and tabletops – National, Regional, Local Maintain Salesforce database of Fluidra customers Turn in paperwork on a timely basis (expense reports, monthly reports) Sell programs and services in a positive and professional manner to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Develop sales demand to pull Fluidra products through territory distribution Represent Fluidra Sales Department for specific or unusual accounts (e.g., Pioneer Family Pools, Club Piscine, OEMs, HVAC, IPG, etc.) Work with management to keep them informed about any changes which may affect the territory Send literature via mail upon request Fill out required forms for literature and special delivery sent via Shipping or Marketing department Increase sales on a regular basis Compile lists of prospective customers in Salesforce for use as sales leads Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or discuss with customers on sales floor or by phone Display or demonstrate product, using samples or catalogs and emphasize features Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained from distribution and national accounts Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedule Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Distribution Branches in assigned Territory Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts What We Seek 3+ years of outside sales experience and/or training Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals Write routine reports and correspondence Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees Mathematical skills: ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume Reasoning: ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Ability to travel by plane and automobile Education High school diploma or equivalent What We Offer An exciting opportunity to begin your career with a company that offers a competitive total rewards package that includes: 11 paid Holidays Full range of health benefits including medical, dental & vision, short & long-term disability RRSP matching (100% of first 3% contributed, 50% of the next 2%) Health and wellness programs / gym reimbursement Educational assistance up to $7,000 per year Company sponsored FUN events Generous product discounts Who We Are Fluidra is a publicly listed company focused on developing innovative products, services and IoT solutions for the residential, commercial and wellness pool markets, globally.
