Our client, a leading organization in customer service and support, is seeking a dedicated French Bilingual Client Service Agent to join their team. Job Title: French Bilingual Client Service Agent Location: Winnipeg Manitoba - Onsite Pay Range: $19.50 per hour Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST What's the Job? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both French and English, providing professional assistance and support. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests in a courteous and effective manner. Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for future reference. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve overall outcomes. What's Needed? Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse customers. Ability to pass a French language proficiency test, including typing and grammar assessments. Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
