Strong track record in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, high-performance setting. Expertise in process optimization, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and performance management.
Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and data-driven decision-making tools. Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certifications are an asset.
