Director, Plant Manufacturing

Overview We are looking for a Director, Plant Manufacturing to join our Operations team Our Director, Plant Manufacturing is responsible for directing the production and operational activities and achieving production targets in quality, productivity, efficiency, capacity, safety, and cost control. Opportunities While overseeing Manufacturing, Maintenance, QA and Warehouse areas of the business, your primary responsibility in this role is to create and implement manufacturing systems and processes that will lower costs and increase productivity, efficiency, quality, food safety in a dynamic and progressive food manufacturing environment. It will be critical to understand the inner workings and daily challenges of each department while working closely with our senior management team to drive business strategy and help grow the company.
