Polyglass USA, Inc. Polyglass USA, Inc., a premier roofing materials manufacturer, has an opening for a Building Envelope Sales Leader . This position will be responsible for partnering with customers to coordinate sales and marketing activities in or near British Columbia, Canada. What You Get To Do: Collaborate with all Regional Sales Leaders (RSL) on Building Envelope Solutions (BES) pricing approvals. Develop and implement sales strategy for all markets. Create a specification plan for targets in each market. Create a discretionary product plan for each market. Partner with HR to actively recruit new sales reps in all markets. Collaborate with all Regional Sales Leaders (RSL) to implement “Seal the Envelope” initiatives to meet sales expectations. Create and maintain a competitor database. Lead training efforts for Building Envelope Solutions (BES) Sales Reps and Roofing Sales Reps on all BES products. Closely partner with the Regional Sales Director for the development and implementation of the “Seal the Envelope” strategy. Identify market potential and make recommendations for new and existing products. Collaborate with RSLs to analyze sales statistics and data, set sales objectives for DSM’s Independent Representatives, monitor their progress; lead the region's efforts in support of the Polyglass BES contractor program; implement strategy across sales territories, and drive the BES sales revenue generation within each market. What You Bring: A minimum of ten (10) years of industry sales experience or any equivalent combination of related training and experience is required; previous experience managing other sales representatives is required. Sales supervisory experience. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint. Requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
