This pivotal role will shape financial strategy, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence across a complex, fast-moving business environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support growth and profitability Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to guide executive decision-making Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Provide strategic recommendations on investments, capital structure, and resource allocation Build trusted relationships with investors, auditors, financial institutions, and regulators Partner with operations and executive leadership to align financial objectives with business strategy Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting, and processes Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams, ensuring succession planning and talent growth Candidate Profile 15+ years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within complex, international organizations Strong background in accounting, management control, and business administration Expertise in financial management, reporting, and audit processes Strategic thinker with resilience under pressure and the ability to anticipate risks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous The successful candidate will embody: Entrepreneurship – strategic thinking and innovation Operational Excellence – performance-driven and results-oriented Demanding Standards – exemplary leadership and resilience Communities – collaboration, communication, and trust-building Why Apply?
