Join us in shaping the future of the JCC experience for 75,000+ people annually Fundraising Coordinator/Analyst – Make an Impact in the Jewish Community Are you a data-savvy fundraising professional who wants to help strengthen Jewish programs and community life? Join the JCC Development team as a Fundraising Coordinator/Analyst and play a key role in growing philanthropic support for our mission. What You’ll Do: Analyze donor and membership data to uncover giving trends and major gift prospects. Build actionable insights to guide fundraising strategy and donor engagement. Support stewardship through reporting, analytics, and CRM management. Collaborate on campaigns, events, and initiatives that strengthen community impact. What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years in fundraising analytics, development, or donor data management. Strong CRM and data analysis skills (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, or similar). Passion for advancing Jewish community programs through mission-driven fundraising. Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at translating data into strategy. New graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly those who have completed relevant certificates or coursework.
