Position Summary This position is responsible for effectively positioning MSN Labs Canada's portfolio of generic injectable, oral solution, and oral solid medications. The Manager/Associate Director will be responsible for developing long-term, strategic relationships with key account stakeholders and for the communication, negotiation, and execution of appropriate contract terms & proposals with the accounts to support company business objectives. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and account leadership across the wholesale, retail, private label, and hospital channels. Customer Relationship Management Identify key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within the accounts. Manage day-to-day account activities to ensure customer satisfaction. Value Proposition Presentation Represent MSN Labs Canada's expanding portfolio to current and prospective customers while identifying new channel sales opportunities. Develop strategic account plans that align with both the customer’s business needs and MSN Labs Canada’s priorities to maximize sales potential. Formulary Placement & Contracting Identify contracting opportunities and lead contract negotiations to secure optimal value. Respond promptly to customer RFPs, ROFRs, and contract bids, collaborating with internal teams to conduct necessary analyses. Qualifications Education Background Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree (preferred). Work Experience 8-10 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in generic drugs, account management, or commercial contracting. Additional Notes Job Type: Full-time Travel Requirements: Approximately 50% domestic travel throughout Canada. Authorization: Canadian citizenship or Permanent Residency in Canada is mandatory.
