This role is based in La Broquerie, MB and supports maintenance planning across our Feed Mills, Barns, Transportation, and Production Plant. What we can offer you Competitive Wage Vacation in the first year Benefits package – dental coverage, vision care, extended health care, & more Secure, stable, and permanent full-time employment Employee Referral program – Minimum of $500 Free parking Company events And more Your days will include Generating work orders & scanning sheets for planned and emergency work requests Handing out work orders and scan sheets for staff Identifying recommendations and or areas for improvement Purchasing necessary parts & equipment Following up with staff on all outstanding work orders Closing all complete work orders for processing Processing inventory parts returns when required Collaborating with Maintenance and other leaders to solve problems Ensuring compliance of proper safety, Bio-security and environmental requirements when planning work orders To succeed in this role, you must possess Experience in maintenance mechanical repairs or maintenance planning role Minimum Grade 12 education Strong organizational and analytical skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite Excellent customer service skills Confined space, Forklift operation an asset Experience in barn settings an asset Valid Class 5 Drivers License Ways to apply Online at HyLife has an accommodation process for employees with disabilities.
