Overview Oracle Cloud SCM Delivery Architect - Order Management Delivery Architect with senior experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, responsible for providing solution leadership to mid-to-large client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. Collaborates with clients to deliver state-of-the-art solutions and helps optimize technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities Provides functional leadership and oversight to the SCM functional team during the implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud applications across industries for complex, mid-to-large size engagements, often concurrently on multiple projects Leads Oracle Cloud Application requirements workshops, solutions architecture, and design discussions Consults with clients to provide cost-effective solutions based on in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications and industry best practices Leads the implementation team in creating the overall Enterprise Cloud solution (technical and functional) Extends Oracle Cloud Applications with PaaS and other extension approaches; designs solutions and writes specifications for custom integrations Analyzes current systems and data to identify new requirements and potential enhancements Leads, mentors, trains, and guides the Oracle Cloud applications implementation team Provides thought leadership and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles Develops and implements long-term client strategies Acts as primary point of contact for clients; communicates progress, challenges, and changes to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Engages project stakeholders in estimation processes and considers impact of strategic business changes Supports business partners in presenting solution value to key stakeholders Collaborates with third-party vendors to source hardware, software, or services; negotiates terms for the client Presents compelling business cases quantifying benefits of proposed solutions Monitors performance of implemented solutions and recommends updates or optimizations as needed Education, Minimum and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD Experience Minimum 10 years as an Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years leading SCM solution design for Oracle Cloud implementations Expert level experience as an Oracle Cloud Architect on implementation projects and upgrades Experience with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS), including Integration Cloud Service and Database Cloud Service Knowledge of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST) Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process designs, CRPs, functional configuration, and testing of ERP solutions Experience working with cross-border and diverse teams Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud Application modules such as: Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Shipping Cloud, Oracle Cloud Pricing, Oracle Inventory Cloud Operational experience with Oracle Product Management/PIM/PDH, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, Oracle Accounts Receivables and Customer Master, Oracle Procurement, Oracle Demand/Supply Planning Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills Ability to travel as needed Preferred consulting experience in a professional services firm or strategic-level industry experience Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Oracle Order Management Cloud Certification preferred but not required Skill Requirements Communication: Proficient in English; excellent written and verbal communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders Complex Project Management: Ability to lead multiple complex projects Thought Leadership and industry expertise Client Acquisition: Strong business development skills Mentorship and Coaching: Develops junior and mid-level consultants Strategic Vision and Executive Presence: Contribute to firm strategy and interact with senior client executives About Us Argano is a digital consultancy focused on high-performance operations, helping enterprises transform with strategies and technologies that drive growth and efficiency.
