Role Description The Senior System Engineer - Network & Cloud will design, implement, and maintain robust network and cloud systems to support SecureCo's advanced voice solutions. Key responsibilities include systems engineering, troubleshooting, system administration, and providing hands‑on technical support for projects and customer environments. The individual will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design innovative and resilient systems, ensuring alignment with best practices and company objectives. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with opportunities to work from home for part of the week. Qualifications Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Systems Design to create reliable, scalable, and innovative solutions Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to resolve complex issues, maintain efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction Expertise in System Administration, including managing enterprise-level network and cloud systems Proven ability to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security to meet business and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross‑functional teams Experience in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle, Megaport, Equinix Fabric) and extensive knowledge of enterprise networking protocols - BGP, OSPF Certifications in relevant technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar are a plus Linux and VMware/Broadcom Vcentre experience Devops Experience - Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD Pipelines, Python, Prometheous, Grafana, Docker and Kubernetes API Experience - JSON, XML, SOAP, Webhook Voice Experience and Previous Telecommunications experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
