Senior Service Administrator Location: Hinton, AB Type: Contract Description The Customer Service Coordinator serves as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers. The role involves assessing customer needs, creating work orders, and providing timely updates while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact with customers, developing positive relationships. Assess customer needs and gather pertinent information. Create basic work orders in appropriate systems. Provide status updates to customers as requested. Translate customer complaints to develop troubleshooting plans. Troubleshoot issues using guided workflows, procedures, and specialized tools. Document troubleshooting results for payment and historical tracking. Analyze customer issues to verify root cause and determine warranty eligibility. File warranty claims using proper documentation and requirements. Escalate technical issues to higher levels of expertise as needed. Capture all troubleshooting steps accurately in business systems. Create and verify customer, equipment, and technical information. Use electronic service tools to diagnose and resolve issues. Document all service activities following established procedures. Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong problem‑solving and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and learn quickly. High attention to detail and positive attitude. Proficiency in data entry and office systems. Knowledge of business administration is an asset. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting and working with teams. Experience in data entry and customer support preferred. Qualifications and Education Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent (High School Diploma). Business administration training or experience is an asset. May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
