Role Overview DevOps Engineer responsibilities include building and maintaining automated delivery pipelines, managing infrastructure resources, and bridging development and operations to enhance team efficiency and ensure system reliability. What You’ll Own Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP Manage and optimize infrastructure resources including servers, storage, and networking Handle database operations, including performance tuning, backup/recovery, and capacity planning Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular drills Automation & CI/CD Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern tools and practices Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation Automate routine operations and maintenance tasks Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems Development & Operations Support and optimize containerized environments using Kubernetes Collaborate with development teams to improve application deployment processes Implement logging, monitoring, and observability solutions Participate in on-call rotation and incident response Drive DevOps best practices and culture across the organization Mentor team members on DevOps methodologies and tools Participate in architectural discussions and technical planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams What We Require For This Role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Bonus Points For Candidates Who Have Experience with live or VOD video streaming platforms. Familiarity with multimedia codecs (AVC, HEVC, VP9) and DRM systems (PlayReady, Widevine).
