Quality Supervisor

**Job Title: Quality Supervisor****Job Description**We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspection Supervisor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.**Responsibilities**Supervise and lead the quality inspection team, ensuring compliance with quality standards.Plan and execute inspection procedures and audits to maintain quality assurance.Analyze data and documentation to identify areas for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO 9001 standards.Handle non-conforming products and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.Manage multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail.**Essential Skills**5+ years of experience as an inspector in a quality control or inspection department.2+ years of leadership experience.Experience in an aerospace or nuclear environment.High proficiency with QMS software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.Proven leadership and team management abilities.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Excellent computer skills.Exposure to ERP systems.High level of expertise in using inspection tools and techniques such as CMM, micrometers, calipers, and non-destructive testing.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of aerospace and nuclear manufacturing processes and materials.Experience with NADCAP or special processes.**Why Work Here?**Enjoy benefits starting on day one, with an RRSP contribution of 5% after 90 days.
