SDR Manager, Enterprise | ServiceTitan Position Summary: The Manager of Strategic Development Managers (SDMs) will lead the Enterprise Sales Development Strategy at ServiceTitan. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of 8–12 SDMs to generate outbound pipeline via cold calls, emails, direct mail, and other creative channels. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management: Lead a team of 8–12 SDMs, set objectives, and drive performance. Coaching & Development: Provide call coaching, skill development, and mentorship. Strategy & Process: Develop and implement SDR strategy, best practices, and new technologies. Performance Tracking: Monitor lead processes, metrics, and pipeline creation; evaluate new tools. Motivation & Recognition: Incentivize and recognize team members for top performance. Recruiting: Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members. Operational Rhythm: Maintain weekly 1:1s, team meetings, forecasting calls, and partner collaboration. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal sales stakeholders and communicate value. Reporting: Report operational and financial KPIs to Senior Management. Travel: Occasional travel (≈3–4 times per year) for essential meetings. Qualifications 12+ months of experience closing deals in a direct sales role (AE) plus SDR/BDR experience. 1+ year of sales management or leadership experience. Proven outbound pipeline generation expertise (cold calling, etc.). Track record of managing a high‑performing sales team with measurable success. Enthusiastic, inspirational, and vibrant attitude. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills. Analytical mindset for data analysis and reporting. Technical proficiency with Salesforce.com; knowledge of Salesloft, Gong, and related stack preferred. Strong business partner and cross‑functional relationship‑building skills. Hybrid Work Schedule If you live within ~40 miles of a Hub office, you will be required to attend the office 1–2 days per week.
