SharePoint Developer | HRbrain Company: HRbrain Inc. Location: Montreal – Hybrid Employment type: Contract – 12 months with extension Job ID number: C157 Job Description The SharePoint Development service provider will develop business‑changing enterprise solutions with SharePoint Online and other leading‑edge technologies. The ideal service provider will have experience developing web applications using Microsoft and compatible technologies including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power app and Power Automate. Primary Responsibilities Assist other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing SharePoint solutions, including integration with third‑party tools. Work with business users and analysts to document and analyze workflows that will be automated in SharePoint. Provide expertise and support to end users and other members of IT support. Conduct research on emerging SharePoint development tools and strategies. Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades. Continually strive to improve the efficiency and usability of our SharePoint solutions, leveraging ongoing research and understanding of business needs. Requirements College diploma or university degree in computer science or software engineering, and/or 5 years equivalent work experience. Top Skills Expertise in SharePoint implementations. Experience in SQL Server or equivalent databases. Experience in Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with Microsoft Power App and Power Automate. Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming and Design. Additional Skills Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills. Skill at working within a team‑oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to present ideas and solutions in business‑friendly and user‑friendly language. Highly self‑motivated and self‑directed. Keen attention to detail.
