Team And Job Overview The Technology Operations Services – Business & Portfolio Management team within the Digital & Technology Solutions group is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Operations Project Manager to lead technology projects aligned with EDC’s 2030 business transformation. What You Will Be Doing Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate customer requirements with company goals. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Develop schedules, define measurement methods, and manage dependencies and the critical path. Guide strategic analysis and ensure on‑time completion. Conduct post‑mortems and create recommendation reports. Assemble and coordinate the project team, assign responsibilities. Prepare RFPs and facilitate selection of services and products. Plan and oversee project communication dissemination. What We Are Looking For Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 7 years of technology project management experience. Proficiency in resource planning, scheduling, requirements gathering, and process improvements. Experience with Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical, detail‑oriented, initiative‑driven, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments. What Will Make You Stand Out Experience with End‑User Computing and provisioning platforms. Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, iOS, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Knowledge of telephony, VoIP, Teams Calling, Office 365, Microsoft 365 tools, and related technologies. Bilingual in English and French.
