Overview Employer Industry: Utility Billing Software Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $100K + Variable Compensation Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits starting from your first day of employment 3 weeks' vacation and 5 personal days Employee stock ownership and RRSP/401k matching programs Opportunity for continuous learning and professional development Flexible remote work option available, with travel up to 50% required Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the Enterprise Customer Information System and related products Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits Engage with potential clients consultatively to understand their unique business needs and configure solutions accordingly Lead efforts to enhance and maintain the company's cloud-based demo environment and third-party application integrations Attend industry conferences and collaborate with internal teams to refine the product roadmap based on market trends Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Proven experience in technical sales or implementation services, preferably within the utility billing sector Strong foundation in utility billing operations and meter to cash processes Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Preferred Qualifications Experience developing, evaluating, and managing the RFP process for municipal utilities Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, technical architecture, and integration processes Strong problem-solving skills and ability to gather, analyze, and interpret client requirements Adept at building rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders #UtilityBilling #TechnicalSales #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunity #ContinuousLearning #J-18808-Ljbffr
