Senior Digital Product Owner, Digital Wealth

What You Will Be Doing Communication Communicate with business stakeholders and build “the right thing.” Provide clear definitions of the targeted capability, intended customer value, and functional/non‑functional requirements. Manage stakeholder engagement and communicate release contents and expected capabilities. Apply incremental delivery principles, drive business value, elicit feedback, and enable reviews for validation. Leadership and Execution Author, refine and approve backlog items with clear “definition of done”. Prioritize user stories to achieve business goals, ensuring sufficient depth for development. Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all. Decide what the team will work on next. Assist roadmap development to identify minimum viable product and subsequent releases. Facilitate creative problem‑solving and turn ambiguity into clarity. Use KPIs and metrics to inform direction. Additional Review QA test plans to align with acceptance criteria and facilitate early builds. Manage business activities (training, communications, operating model) to support agile initiatives. Manage project financials, develop value‑at‑stake and total cost of ownership models, and define KPIs to measure outcomes. Coach team members and support their development. Skills University or College Degree 5+ years in Wealth Management or Investment industry 5+ years in digital product management or technical solution delivery Excellent project delivery skills with proven cross‑functional leadership Facilitation and fact‑based problem solving Experience in digital product management, leading IT and business teams, and influencing senior executive decisions Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence Master’s / MBA considered an asset Certified Scrum Product Owner designation is an asset Working knowledge of software, IT, mobile application development Strong UX/UI understanding and creative process knowledge Data‑driven decision making with key metrics Excellent verbal, written, virtual, and live communications skills Inclusive, results‑oriented, and eager to mentor and learn Passion for first‑class customer experiences and innovation Adaptive Agile mindset and flexible to evolving environments Strong organizational and time‑management skills What's in it for you?
