For more information, please visit Position Summary: We are looking for highly skilled and results-driven Application Developers to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using modern full stack technologies. As an integral part of our technology team, you will collaborate closely with architects, business analysts and QA teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives. This is a remote position open to candidates located in the Canada . Qualifications & Experience: Frontend (4+ years): React HTML5, CSS3, UI state management (Redux, Zustand, NgRx). Backend (4+ years): Node.js and Python development experience. 1 years of experience working on GenAI and LLM-based solutions is highly desirable. Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, event-driven design, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and API gateways. Proficiency in FAST API. Proven expertise in building and managing REST APIs. Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Hands‑on experience building or integrating AI/ML/LLM-based features into production applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end scalable applications using React or Angular , Node.js , and Python or Java services. Build backend services for GenAI solutions, leveraging Azure or AWS. Work with frameworks such as FAST API (preferred), Flask or Django. Integrate LLM models and conversational AI solutions into backend systems. Develop LLM-driven features such as search, summarization, RAG pipelines, document intelligence, or agents. Manage deployments in DevOps environments using tools like GitHub, CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with business units and vendors to align technical solutions with business goals. Perform system testing, optimization, and scalability improvements. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
