In partnership with business leaders support people aspects related to transformation in the unit and be an active ambassador for standardization and change. Be the guardian of the IKEA Culture & Values in the unit, acting as the voice of the co‑worker and ensuring that IKEA is a caring employer and a great place to work, safeguarding the overall end‑to‑end co‑worker experience beyond P&C.
