Learning Delivery Director – Inizio Engage XD We're looking for a team‑oriented Learning Delivery Director. The Learning Delivery Director will lead the delivery of complex programmes for our clients, ensuring that quality programmes are delivered within budget and on‑time, while maintaining positive internal and client relationships. You will be responsible for a variety of clients, working with the Inizio XD Account team to contribute to growth‑related strategic opportunities. Your core programme delivery role will see you partnering with a variety of team members across Nazaré & Inizio – from learning capability writers, life science writers, trainers, consultants, digital designers and more You will have experience managing Scientific or Pharmaceutical projects. You will report into the Business Unit Director. What You’ll Do Lead on project organization and management: Always follow company standards and processes across a portfolio of programmes. Lead internal and external meetings at a project and above‑project level (e.g., planning and strategy for Nazaré, programme kick‑offs, project status, project debriefs). Manage daily project tracking, ensuring folders, timelines, and tools are up‑to‑date and aligned with company processes and Service Level Agreements. Oversee workstreams across one or more client accounts. Scope projects following client brief and manage phasing and stages of programme and project delivery. Create complex project budgets and manage them, observing company processes and agreed Service Level Agreements. Manage portfolio margin, review data and take corrective action. Build relationships with clients, identify growth opportunities and ensure client satisfaction. Create proposal solutions to answer client challenges or needs. Communicate project tracking updates and next steps to clients and internal teams, ensuring full transparency and clarity of project status. Provide line management to junior Learning Delivery team members, supporting their development, defining goals and progression plans. Find and address project risks, ensure successful project delivery. Understand the strategy behind client briefs and lead in shaping deliverables during proposal and development stages. Demonstrate a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and adapt to changing project needs. Understand client therapeutic areas, project delivery processes and industry regulations, looking for business improvement and sharing insights. What You’ll Need Minimum 7+ years relevant experience as a project or programme manager in a life sciences agency or pharmaceutical training agency. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent educational level). Experience managing projects and organising teams. Experience in line management. Demonstrated client‑management skills, listening, questioning and managing challenging situations. Demonstrated expertise in tracking and monitoring project milestones and costs to ensure profitability, highlighting budget challenges. Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning, organisation and leadership of self and others. Interest in the pharmaceutical industry within learning and capability development and diverse approaches to programme and solution development. Travel may be required.
