Kitchener, Canada Trackunit Full time

At Trackunit, we’re a fast‑growing SaaS company connecting machines, people, and systems across the global construction industry. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to spearhead a new product area in construction rental technology – taking it from early concept to successful launch. You’ll work closely with customers and collaborate across Engineering, Design, and Commercial to deliver measurable impact and real customer value. Locations: London, ON or Kitchener, ON with flexible remote options (remote from anywhere in Ontario). No relocation assistance is offered. What’s in it for you? Fast‑growing agile SaaS business – see your impact on a rapidly expanding team (now 450+ employees). International environment with regular check‑ins and social events across teams and borders. Personal and professional development – training, coaching, and mindfulness support to help you grow. Flexibility – hybrid working and IT equipment support to suit your routine. Inclusive workplace – we do not discriminate on any protected characteristic and assess candidates solely on qualifications and merit. Who are you ideally? Proven track record as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience taking products from idea to product‑market fit – discovery, experimentation, launch, and go‑to‑market. Expertise in modern product discovery and delivery methods. Strong collaboration skills with engineers, designers, and leaders. Commercial awareness and data‑driven decision making. Customer focus – you understand needs, test ideas, and turn insights into meaningful decisions. What you will do Build products from concept to launch: partner with Engineering, Design, Commercial and customers throughout the full lifecycle. Lead go‑to‑market efforts: coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for aligned, well‑orchestrated launches. Manage end‑to‑end product execution: own the build process from backlog refinement to release. Create clarity across functions: align teams on scope, trade‑offs, and timelines, especially where regional context or dependencies exist. Build effective async collaboration: communicate clearly across time zones and stakeholders, using structured, proactive updates. Our hiring process Virtual meet and greet with the hiring manager. Personality assessment – we use Hogan to understand fit with our culture. Assignment‑specific interview – case study relevant to the role. Reference checks and background checks where required. Offer presentation and walk‑through. Trackunit is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, colour, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristic. We also provide reasonable accommodations for qualified people with disabilities and disabled veterans. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let our People & Talents team know. #J-18808-Ljbffr
