**Job Title: Industrial Assembler****Job Description**Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing heavy industrial equipment. This position involves reading schematics and drawings to accurately assemble parts and perform hydronic testing. The role is physically demanding, requiring you to lift up to 50 pounds, but assistance from overhead cranes or forklifts is available when necessary. You will be working with repetitive tasks, ensuring precise assembly using various tools.**Responsibilities**Assemble parts according to schematics and drawings.Perform hydronic testing with provided training.Utilize tools to perform repetitive assembly tasks efficiently.Log in and out of jobs using the MRP system.Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area.Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.**Essential Skills**Experience in reading schematics and drawings.Understanding of MRP or ERP systems for job logging.Mechanical aptitude.Minimum of 1 year experience in assembling heavy industrial equipment.Experience with hydraulics and testing.Proficiency in using overhead cranes and forklifts.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Understanding of hydraulics is an asset.Certification for forklift operation is preferred.Willingness to work overtime if necessary.Good organizational skills to manage product needs.Punctuality and reliability are crucial.Flexibility to assist other teams as needed.**Why Work Here?**Our top priority is safety, ensuring a respectful and collaborative environment. Equipped with paint booths and a welding shop, the facility is bright and environmentally conscious. You will work closely with a team of 12-30 machinists and other employees, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. The shop maintains high cleanliness standards, free from typical machine shop odors. The schedule includes shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM, with breaks, and potential for shift changes post-probation.
