Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for organizing and managing projects related to the PRESTO electronic payment system. This includes coordinating project activities, managing schedules, ensuring adherence to technical and quality requirements and ensuring that project deadlines are met. The Project Manager works closely with project team members and stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track. Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Responsibilities Manages assigned tasks to contribute to the delivery of Security Projects. Supports Project Managers / Senior Project managers through all stages of definition, procurement and implementation. Ensures adherence to technical and quality requirements, budget, schedule and approvals. Ensures project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables. Ensures documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project. Communicates plans, actions, risks and issues with key stakeholders. Solves any issues that may arise during the project. Manages and builds relationships with multiple teams. Assists with administrative functions and processes. Manages day-to-day activities for the Project Management team. Analyzes project data and produces progress reports. Required Skills & Certifications 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role. Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly convey ideas, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across teams and leadership. Organizational & planning abilities: Experience in managing complex projects with multiple dependencies, timelines and resources—ensuring delivery within scope and budget. Leadership & team management: Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts and foster collaboration to drive successful project outcomes. Experience with project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project). Experience in managing IT infrastructure and security-related projects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines. Excellent presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management or a related field. Preferred Skills & Certifications Public sector experience. Special Considerations Must work onsite 5 days per week. Scheduling Not specified.
