As Senior Market Manager you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage integrated marketing campaigns, and drive market awareness for our healthcare solutions portfolio. What you’ll do Develop impactful value proposition and messaging playbook to position TELUS Health solutions to public and private sector clients. Create and execute comprehensive go‑to‑market plans for new product lines to enable successful launches. Build strong relationships and interlock with product and sales to ensure cohesive market communications surrounding complex solutions and high‑profile partnership initiatives. Become marketing subject‑matter expert in data interoperability and digital front door to inform effective go‑to‑market strategy. Enhance product marketing and go‑to‑market approach for our health benefits management portfolio of products. Develop lead‑gen strategy for large enterprise clients, leveraging account‑based marketing best practices. Be prepared for out‑of‑the‑box thinking and trial different approaches to determine optimal methods to foster collaboration and drive growth. What you bring Post‑secondary degree in relevant field and at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience focused on public and private payor market. Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment and current TELUS assets and teams. Proven track record in product marketing and go‑to‑market strategy. Excellent presentation and written communication skills. Deeply curious with exceptional analytical abilities and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making and ROI. Strong initiative to drive and collaborate on projects from start to finish in a strategic manner. A growth mindset and the ability to operate in a fast‑moving environment, facilitating cross‑functional teams. Great‑to‑haves Bilingual in English and French with strong knowledge of the Quebec market. Entrepreneurial spirit driving passionate ownership and responsibility for the business. Tenacity, resilience, and leadership to organize and lead initiatives. Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex business challenges to find optimal solutions. Self‑aware with the ability to give, take, and act on feedback positively. Advanced knowledge of English is required for this position.
