Senior AI Developer Be part of Nuclear Promise X, a technology partner for nuclear utilities, building AI‑driven solutions. Base pay range CA$130,000.00/yr - CA$160,000.00/yr Recruitment @ NPX Nuclear Promise X partners with nuclear utilities and new reactor projects to unlock performance through innovation. We combine decades of nuclear operation expertise with AI, digital tools, and lean processes to help plants run safer, smarter, and more cost‑effectively. The Role Senior AI Developer to lead the design and delivery of AI agents that automate administrative workflows within workforce and performance management systems. Shape architecture, guide development practices, and ensure agent reliability and scalability across deployments. What You’ll Drive Convert operational needs and leadership direction into clear architectures, deliverables, and agent capabilities. Maintain and evolve core agent frameworks, ensuring changes propagate consistently and data integrity is preserved. Break work into executable increments, assign resources, and ensure timely, aligned delivery. Guide intermediate and junior developers in workflow design, coding standards, testing, and reliability practices. Communicate trade‑offs and technical considerations to non‑technical stakeholders, and propose alternatives when constraints arise. Deliver measurable outcomes and business value.
