Jouw rol als Senior Software Architect
Bij Fox Crypto werk je aan onze eigen high end security producten waarmee we de wereld een veiligere plek maken. De producten die bij ons ontwikkeld worden dienen te voldoen aan de hoogste beveiligings- en kwaliteitseisen. Dit is natuurlijk een flinke uitdaging.
Als senior software architect heb je uitgebreide kennis van het ontwerpen van complexe software. Je neemt dus een hoop kennis en ervaring mee waarmee je onze (senior) developers kan helpen om die complexe software ook echt te bouwen. Je kan goed uitleggen, dingen uitwerken en monitoren of de oplossing er wel uit gaat zien zoals jij dat voor ogen hebt. Je hebt dus ook iets creatiefs in je: het is niet vaak zo dat we de design patterns zo uit het boek kunnen overschrijven. Als architect ben je ook een leider, je stuurt mensen aan op de inhoud. Daar hoef je niet heel goed in te zijn, maar je hebt gevoel voor wat mensen motiveert en je kan ze helpen zichzelf (en jouw product) verder te ontwikkelen. Ook zorg je voor je eigen ontwikkeling, en geef je aan wat je nodig hebt om je werk nog beter te kunnen doen.
De software architect is de persoon die ervoor zorgt dat nieuwe software en tools naadloos geïntegreerd worden in de juiste omgeving. Je taken zullen onder andere bestaan uit:
Het in kaart brengen van de structuur van bestaande softwaresystemen
Het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van nieuwe softwaresystemen die voldoen aan de complexe eisen van de opdrachtgever
Technische (architectuur)keuzes maken en borgen in de organisatie
Coördineren van eisen en wensen van klanten, (hardware) developers en programmamanagers
Het borgen van een veilige technische omgeving voor het bouwen van software waar hoge veiligheidseisen aan worden gesteld

Wie ben jij
Als software architect beschik je brede kennis van softwareprogramma’s en -systemen en uitstekende vaardigheden met het ontwikkelen en bouwen van software. Je bent creatief en initiatiefrijk, en hebt het analytisch denkvermogen om bestaande softwaresysteem te mappen en de wensen voor nieuwe software-architectuur daarmee te laten integreren.
Je bent in staat om vraagstukken vanuit originele invalshoeken te benaderen en een passende oplossing te vinden. Hiervoor gebruik je je excellente communicatieve vaardigheden die je in staat stellen om complexe technische vraagstukken te vertalen voor anderen. Je bezit ook leidinggevende kwaliteiten, je bent in staat om anderen te begeleiden en motiveren in hun werkzaamheden. Je kan goed samenwerken met anderen en samen een project opstarten en succesvol realiseren.
