The Role Were seeking a Senior Manager Procurement Strategic Project Lead to shape Tabcorps commercial and go-to-market procurement strategy across major enterprise initiatives. Specifically you will : Lead commercial strategy and go-to-market planning for major procurement initiativesensuring clear sourcing strategies negotiation approaches and commercial outcomes Manage procurement project pipelines and governance to enable timely sourcing structured delivery vendor engagement and contract negotiation Deliver measurable commercial benefits through structured cost-saving initiatives negotiation excellence and improved decision-support Lead and contribute to procurement project delivery streams ensuring milestones risks dependencies and reporting are tightly managed Establish a single procurement front door and clearly defined buying channels to enable a simplified scalable operating model Co-design guided buying and channel solutions with external providers including RFIs market scans project evaluation and commercial modelling Lead delivery and change management for pilot implementations and project roll-outs ensuring adoption optimisation and continuous commercial improvement What Youll Bring You’re a commercial-savvy procurement leader with the ability to design strategy manage complex procurement projects and execute with precision. You know how to constructively challenge negotiate strong outcomes manage stakeholders and bring clarity to complex delivery environments.
