Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aluminum Glazing Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum fabrication, glazing, and installation. You will work closely with our project managers and installation teams to fabricate and install glazing systems that meet our high standards of quality and precision.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate aluminum glazing systems according to specifications and project requirements.
- Cut, shape, and assemble aluminum frames and components.
- Install glazing systems on commercial projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Operate fabrication machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an aluminum fabricator or in a similar role within the glazing industry.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques and glazing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in the use of fabrication machinery and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certification or vocational training in aluminum fabrication or glazing is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aluminum glazing fabrication or a related field.
