Role At A Glance Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator—a key support role dedicated to driving a seamless, full-cycle recruitment process for both project-based and operational hires. What You Will Do Full-Cycle Recruitment Support Facilitate candidate flow from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Post job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications. Draft and send employment agreements, conduct reference checks, and support onboarding logistics. Project-Based Hiring Partner with hiring managers to understand project requirements and staffing needs specific to the Architectural and Engineering sector. Adapt recruitment strategies to meet fluctuating project demands and timelines. Administrative Excellence Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Prepare recruitment reports and track key metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.). Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment legislation. Stakeholder Engagement Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment projects and process improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process. Liaise with third-party staffing agencies as needed for contract/temp hires. What You Bring To The Table Experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, ideally within the AEC or related industries. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Dayforce Recruitment or other ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
