Location District position, Frank J. Mitchell Elementary School, Sparwood, BC Contract Type Full-time Continuing (1.0 FTE) Salary Range $63,357 to $112,345 Benefits Competitive benefits package and pension Relocation Expenses Up to $5,000 for moving expenses when relocating to School District 5 from another community, province, country, etc. Terms and Conditions Pursuant to the Collective Agreement between the Cranbrook and Fernie Teachers' Association and School District No. 5 (Southeast Kootenay). Qualifications Must have or be working towards a Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology in Counselling or Psychology. Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience at the Elementary School level. Must have training and/or experience in trauma‑informed practice. Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification. Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience in subjects and at a level specific to each posting.
