Your Impact A Product Management role at OpenText drives the development of Information Management Solutions that support sustainable supply chains, improve medical information access, and enhance knowledge work. You will define product investment strategies for growth and customer retention, deliver product line capabilities leveraging cloud delivery, manage market feedback and validation, and evangelize our products across portfolios to align with customer needs and business goals. As a Regulated Cloud Product Manager, you will oversee compliance and governance for the Documentum cloud portfolio, focusing initially on FedRAMP. You will collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, legal, sales, pre-sales, and marketing to ensure our products meet rigorous government security standards. What The Role Offers Primarily focus on FedRAMP compliance and collaborate with peer Product Managers for Life Sciences and Information Archive compliance delivery in the cloud. Lead the Documentum FedRAMP compliance initiative from initiation to authorization, including backlog, roadmap, milestones, and leadership updates. Collaborate with Documentum engineering to integrate FedRAMP security requirements into the SDLC. Translate FedRAMP security requirements into detailed product roadmap items and maintain the backlog. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and remediate FedRAMP gaps. Serve as the primary point of contact for Documentum FedRAMP activities with FedRAMP PMO, third-party assessors, and government agencies. Prepare documentation for FedRAMP authorization, including SSPs, SARs, and related artifacts. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing to define launch strategies for the Documentum FedRAMP initiative. Manage security controls and best practices per the FedRAMP baseline, ensuring alignment with policies and procedures. Conduct regular risk assessments and security reviews to mitigate security risks. Stay current with FedRAMP changes and maintain effective compliance efforts. Provide guidance to other teams on FedRAMP matters, including audit preparation. Represent the company in meetings and forums related to Documentum FedRAMP compliance. What You Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) preferred. Proven experience with FedRAMP compliance projects and governance in a technology or cloud services environment. Deep understanding of FedRAMP requirements and successful authorizations. Strong product management skills (roadmaps, backlogs, stakeholder management, milestones). Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to security risks. Experience with cloud service providers, 3PAOs, and government agencies in FedRAMP processes. Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, and FISMA is desirable. Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
